“Not perfect and clueless customer service”

I bought my husband the Army cuckoo clock
The volume dial did not work I called the agent argued with me that there was NO control for that.
Yet it was clearly step 7 on the directions. And now the eagle doesn't come out of the door when it chimes.
It wasn't cheap - $260.00 I was not pleased and will not buy from them again.
