My daughter prom was on a Saturday but I didn't pay til after the prom was over online not knowing that they don't photograph everyone at prom. So she didn't take a picture I called to get a refund they told me they would have to charge me for a picture that she didn't even get to take. This company is a joke why do I got to pay you to get my money back. I will never give them any business ever again.
