Don't ever think they will stand behind their products because they won't. I contacted support to resolve a file backup issue I was having with one of their legacy problems. The representative's response was unintelligible and didn't describe a solution in any manner. When I asked him to please define what he meant by "it" and "that" when describing his "solution" he simply left the chat. So when they don't know what to do, they will just ditch you. I was prepared to spend $100 on a companion program to help resolve a file-saving issue with a legacy product, but the customer non-service displayed to me today convinced me to save my money or use another company's product. The only service I've seen this abysmal was Tracfone. I've attached the end of the 40 MINUTE CHAT. What a waste of time.
