I'm super stoked since joining Cascadia's kickboxing! I've been trying to get rid of the extra baby weight, in earnest, for a year (since New Year 2016). I sweated off 5lbs since starting kickboxing in November 2016. And it's been fun! I love the energy of the instructors and classmates. The atmosphere is one of shared goals and non-competitive, which keeps me coming back. AND, they have child care for some classes!
