I've known Brad since we were both 13 years old. Last year, lost my virginity at age 23. Late, I know. But better late than never. But it wasn't easy. The first time I tried to lose it was with my first girlfriend. Not only was I embarrassed that I was a virgin and she was my first girlfriend, I hid this from her and the first time we tried to have sex it was disastrous.

One drunken night in a bar, I confided in Brad that I was trying to have sex for the first time but couldn't get it up. I had no idea why and it felt awful. To my surprise, Brad told me he went through the same thing and that it's pretty normal.

Everything he writes in the book was pretty much exactly what we did with my life. I gave up watching crazy, extreme porn. I also opened up to my girlfriend that I was a virgin and that I was terrified about her finding out. This was likely a big part of the reason I was having trouble having sex, because I was so stressed and worried about her finding out. Long story short, I told her and we worked together like Brad suggested to find ways to stimulate me and work toward eventually having sex. I have since lost my virginity and am having healthy sex several times a week. It's not perfect, but it's MUCH better and i'm working toward better sex everyday.

Getting better and losing my virginity, and performance anxiety and erectile dysfunction, was not easy at all, but it's $#*!in worth it! Thx brad and good luck!
