So I ordered a 55" TV from Amazon Prime. 2 days after ordering it, tracking said Picked up by Purolater and then sat in the Toronto sorting centre for 5 days. Next it said package will be delayed 4-7 days due to oversize. 5 days later it showed up in Montreal at the sorting Centre. Why it went to Montreal is complete stupidity as we are 50 mins north of Toronto in ONTARIO. It then and still shows oversize package delayed 4-7 days and its still in Montreal. Amazon says it was likely lost (LOST are you kidding?) How can you lose a big TV? Maybe stolen? Then Amazon ships another TV and exactly the same thing is now happening with Purolater again. Free Shipping... Right. Never had so muchcBS from any other company Amazon has used for delivery. In fact UPS, Fedex, Amazon themselves and believe it or not Canada Post have never let me down like this. How can any company continue to screw up over and over and continue to be in business. Apparently Amazon doesn't care either cause they keep using their non existent service. Amazon should also take the blame on this.
