I thought the less meant less cost. It didnt, it meant less quality and poor service after their poor results.
I sent in my design and only needed them to make minor changes. Dour times I sent in a pdf with changes and four times they sent back the originals with no changes. Finally, I got through and they sent it back for approval. My bad in that I was already frustrated and didn't scrutinize the changes. I thought that they were professional printers and if something was obviously wrong, they would contact me to make further changes. Obviously I was wrong. GIGO is the process. When I contacted them with the errors, my first email back stated I approved it so unless you want to pay for it again your stuck with it. The second reply from them stated they would fix it at a reduced rate.
I am moving on to a professional printer who I can count on to do professional work.
