Going here to get my wipers replaced was a mistake. I've been here before for minor issues, and he's always been rude and short. This incident was over the line.

The owner BENNY WANG IS A HORRIBLE OWNER AND PERSON!

I pulled up to his shop and he BANGED on my window and asked what I wanted. I said, "Can you please replace my wiper blades?" He said, " What check your brakes?" I said, " Can you replace my wiper blades?" He says, "Pull Up" (to a specific spot in the lot.)
I get out of my car, and he rudely says, "Give me your blades." I give them to him. He takes off one of the old blades off and takes one of the new ones of the case. He doesn't even try to put on the new one before THROWING the new blades at me and curses at me.
Benny says, "YOU BOUGHT THE WRONG F'N BLADES!" I said, " I know you didn't throw those blades at me Benny you done f'd up!" I asked him, " Well which ones do I need Benny?" He continues to yell and curse at me "YOU BOUGHT THE WRONG F"N BLADES, CHECK THE MANUFACTURER!" He walks away. I call for backup because he's not going to disrespect me. I get in my car and drive away.

After everything is settled his tired a** excuse/reason for his despicable behavior was "This generation doesn't know anything, and he admitted he was wrong."

So, it's this generations and NOT YOUR BEHAVIOR TOWARDS WOMEN?! I didn't get an apology, NOTHING! YOU POS! I found another review where he threw keys at another woman for asking a question. So, I know this incident is not isolated. This man has a history of treating women in this fashion.

In the end it turns out the blades ARE the right size AND those blades are on my car right now. So not only did he throw something at me, curse at me, yell at me, he also insulted my intelligence. It has NOTHING to do with this generation because not for nothing...I'm a Gen X'r. He's not that much older than me.

His BS excuse/reason was just that!

If you're not a people person, then you shouldn't be working with the public!
I know I will NEVER go back to a place where a man treats women this way!

This post is directed solely at the owner of the shop BENNY WANG. The other techs there are great and I've never had an issue with them. It's unfortunate they work for someone who treats women this way.

BENNY WANG will treat you right as long as you don't challenge him and/or as long as you have a penis.
