husband ordered a ring for my valentine surprise, it was to arrive the day prior as we had been tracking it only for the day to arrive and tracking says it's pending and needs additional info. i called kays and ups, they blamed it on each other and no one could give me answers. i talked to 7 different people and was told something different everytime, no one knew where the package was and ended up it was at a ups hold center and we had to travel to pick it up. still no reason for the hold and why they couldn't send it to us by mail, that was the whole reason for ordering ONLINE. terrible customer service! paying that price for a gift and having NOTHING BUT AGGRAVATION AND NO ANSWERS
