I ordered two watches that were advertised to track your heart rhythm and alert you before having a major heart attack. Confirmation email said it could take 10 to 15 business days to receive them. They came in 3 weeks and then I realized the watches have to be paired with an app on a cell phone to be able to monitor heart rate and steps, etc. Did not see that in the ad or I would not have ordered them. Using cell phone apps is not practical for the people I ordered the watches for. I was very worried that I was going to lose my money after reading the reviews on this site, but I sent a polite email to customer service at Hyperstech and prayed they would respond. Received a reply within 24 hours that my request was being processed. After another couple days, they informed me that my account was being refunded, and I could choose to dispose of the watches or keep them, as sending them back would cost me money! I don't know what's happening in other people's cases, but my experience was handled very professionally and promptly. (I checked my credit card today and have been refunded the entire amount plus the foreign transaction fee) No complaints from me!
