June 17,2022 I placed my order. June 23,2022 I reached out by email to see the status of the order and was told " We temporarily placed your order on hold because some of the items listed below are back-ordered with estimated availability on 7/15/22." July 19,2022 I reached out again to follow up on my order and was told "I sent you an email previously as we temporarily placed your order on hold because some of the items listed below are back-ordered with estimated availability on 7/15/22." My response "You did and thank you so much for your quick response response but I was asking because it was after that 7/15 date and I was just seeing If items have come in because my event is coming up and if I have to order somewhere else I need to know that?" Response "We got an update that the availability was moved to 7/30. Would you consider to wait until nextweek?" I agreed to wait. Today is July 30th. If this company is open weekends I look forward to my order being shipped today. If it is not I will wait patiently until August 3,2022 then I will be forced to file a claim with my bank and report this to the BBB So others do not have to encounter what I have had to.
