I have ordered from them about three months ago, and all went smoothly.
I tried ordering again, the money is gone ( Natch!) No product, and no response to e-mail.
Avoid.

Update: have just received my order, no response to e-mails, so I guess it's always a gamble.

I have been ordering for a year and, aside from the fact that they never respond to e-mails, the delivery was always prompt and the product reliable.
This month, I have tried to place an order, but there was no response, my card was not charged and no way to contact them.
I guess it's true that these sites are only as good as the last order.
