“The worst customer service I have come across”

I bought a cell phone about two weeks ago from this site, I paid the full price, I try to reach customer service without success, the phone listed on the site does not exist, I have already sent a number of emails and received no response, I tried to chat, without success.
I have not received the phone yet, hope it is not a fake site and that I lost in this case.
Do not recommend purchasing at all on this site.
