I have ordered several personalized collars for my dogs over the years. I just ordered some for two of my dogs from Hot Dog Collars. They shipped them in a timely fashion but the phone numbers on both collars were wrong. They redid them. After receiving the second set, I notified the company that one of the collars was not usable since when I adjusted it to my dog's size, the last few numbers were folded upside down. Their answer to me was "Lettering will be placed on the collar at our discretion unless otherwise instructed. Without specific instruction as to the placement of the lettering, we cannot accept responsibility for text covered after adjusting the collar. " I feel this could have been avoided had they taken the time to move the lettering down about an inch or use a smaller font. Obviously this company needs to work on quality control. I will have to reorder the collar - but obviously not from Hot Dog Collars
