Dishonest, lying, cheating, and ZERO customer service. If you have an issue, you're hosed. I ordered pants from American Tall, but they didn't fit well. I returned them promptly to get a refund, which their website promises. They claimed I would get a refund, but they only gave me store credit. Then they refused to correct their mistake. There is no customer service phone line or even a chat. You can send an email and they may respond eventually. Pathetic. Save yourself a headache and buy somewhere else.
