Returned four items, within their 48 hours limit for returns. One item was stained by their packaging. Was told they "never sell merchandise in that condition" while counterdicting themselves one sentence later saying that when they send damaged items "they exchange the item immediately."
They said they would refund me for my three other items, after more than a month after I returned the items. They refund me for one of three items and when I point that out they acknowledge the mistake. Had to file with the BBB in which they stated they gave me my refund and it wasnt until the BBB process was completed that I finally got my refund for the two items.
Not only do they ignore emails for more than a week at a time and you have to be persistent over and over. Even after they say they will refund the wait weeks to get you your money. Clearly they are sloppy if they cannot even refund me the correct amount they said they would.
