  • Barclays Bank

1/10/23

Hi Viewers,

This Organisation need to be called out for it's wrongdoings towards it's customers especially on the behalf of deceased customers who they cheated out of money. People this Organisation is the biggest Crooks in the Banking Industry and my late father warned me about this types of establishment committing crimes like this towards there customers before he died. People l already said that Banks are very greedy industry and Barclays are number one on that list and l am going to tell you why. From December 18th 2020, Barclays had frozen my account and my late father's two account because l transferred money from my father account into my account without Barclays permission. Anyway that was my late father's wishes because he did not trust any Bank with his money and he did not want them to have to much control over his money when it comes to his finances while he died, so he decided to leave that responsibility for me his next of kin like myself to sort out, as l was his daughter and his first born child. Now to cut a long story short, Barclays had frozen my account for so many months that l could not withdraw any money from it, because what l get to realise they believed in there heart that my dad's money was there's and l would not be surprised that was what they was planning how they was going to rob my late father money without getting caught. Because that has what happened at end of the incident. After they froze my account and eventually lift of the restrictions on my account on April 2021 with most of my Dad money in my account, but still they was still a lot of money that was left in his account and l raised that issue with Barclays in my complaint why my account and my dad's account was frozen and when decided to allow the bereavement team to know of my father's death in April and June 2021 Barclays caused another deliberate delay in that case, after all the paperwork l had to fill out. After all that palava viewers and when Barclays sent me the last paperwork in my name regarding my father accounts now being closed, they said they will send me the last of my father's money which was £2,472.39 which he had between two accounts. L requested it in a cheque on the bereavement forms. People when l check the last Bank Statement of my father's two accounts with Barclays, it said in a transaction that Barclays paid out the money in a account which obviously l do not recognise and it was not what l requested either as l requested my last of my father's money in cheque. Now more than a year as passed l have not seen a penny of the last of my father's money and Barclays know what l am saying is true as l have the evidence to prove it and they knew if l go to F.O.S or O.B.S. As like to call them with this issue as a complaint. Banks like Barclays know if they commit thief from customers account O.B.S/F.O.S. Will allow them to get away with it as F.O.S. Is in bed with all of the Banks or any Financial Services. So what chance do l have in getting the last of my father's money that Barclays have stolen from my late father account and where they have put it is only they know. Barclays Bank this review is based on a true story and if you want to check my feedback to see if this is legit, check your former customers previous records of complaints, my complaint number that l was given from 2020 - 2021 is CRGKX7DTF7/CRPXMLBWT6 and Bereavement number: BRV*******3295. Viewers you might think in my review oh two wrong does not make a right because l shouldn't of started taking money out of late father's account without the Bank permission regarding my good reason. But in this case do you blame me though, because when l did tell Barclays Bank eventually, didn't they still deceive me and commit a crime against me by stealing the last of my late father's money? And you have to remember viewers whatever my father left in his accounts after death, legally belongs to the next of kin or relatives of the deceased who is responsible of there financies. Because you cannot steal money that is legally yours what the deceased has left behind for you, as they say blood is thicker than water if the next of kin is blood relative. So regardless of whether you get the Bank permission or not to take money out of a deceased account. It is still your money and not the Banks and they can't prosecute you over your deceased relatives money. Whether they leave a will or not, as you are still legally the owner of that money. Barclays Bank UK you are thief and really you are not that much different than a Bank robber and there is so much evidence piling up against you of former customers complaint of you committing theft against them. You will always be remembered in history like some financial services for the wrongdoings that you committed to your customers based on theft and fraud. That is all l got to say to you in a unapologetic way.

Hi Viewers,

As l mention before in my first recent review this year on Financial Ombudsman Services and l mention that two Banks that my late father as Bank with, has stolen money from his accounts, Halifax is the first Bank and Barclays is the second bank. So two crooked Banks in uniform has cheated the deceased next of kin and blood relative like myself out of money and what is kind of shocking even when l told the Bereavement Team from the beginning about my father's death and l show documentation to prove his death and my identification as next of kin. Is only when after the pay out took place in January 2021 and during this time l was still sorting out my late father paperwork and before the payout l did not know at this time what was in my late father's accounts with Halifax but only a few weeks later after the payout. That is when l came across his paperwork with Halifax from the past to present and what caught my eye was his recent bank statement that he received in the post dated September 2020 before his death and when l checked my late father statement for both accounts. It was showing more money on my dad's posted statement, which l did not receive in the payout in January 2021 from the Bereavement Team at Halifax Bank. Now when l decided to query this information with customer service online about the payout comparing to my Dad's posted statement. Viewers l received more than one letter from Halifax Bank one came from a director called Mr Robert Fletcher and he was the one arranged the payout and sent me a unprofessional bank statement that showed my Dad's account on a plain paper with a table with figures which anyone could do this if they are educated on a basic level of IT skills. That is probably why it did not show the same information like my dad posted authentic bank statement, which l did not know it at the time as this documentation came with the payout before l saw my Dad posted statement, then I received another letter from customers service saying the same information based on my Dad's account what the director from Halifax Bank has said which was so confusing even got me so confused that l almost believe in what they said. So when l sent my second explanation to Halifax it was also confusing in how the bank statement is shown on my Dad Statement. But after l had a long think about it l realise that this Organisation is trying to commit some sort of theft and fraudulent information against a deceased customers account so there next kin can be cheated out of there money. Because viewers if the Bank was in the right and paid out the next of kin fair and square. Why wasn't the posted bank statement that my late father received why didn't it have the same figures as the payout. As my father did not add any money or withdraw any money from his Halifax Accounts after he received this posted statement before he died. So the same balance of what he supposed to have in his account from September 2020 should be the same as the payout that the next of kin had received, but if the posted statement say's otherwise this is where theft or fraud could be taken place. Which that should not be happening on any Bank Statement or anyone accounts. This was the issue l raised with F.O.S regarding my late father 's account with Halifax Bank, even when l simplify my question why my Dad posted statement did not match the payout what l received from Halifax Bank over a year ago. F.O.S did not answer the question because they was not capable of answering the question or handle this issue and Case with Halifax Bank. Which is no surprise there to many F.O.S customers that Banks like Halifax got away with crime like this and they believe paying me a fake payment from my Dad's account and plus on top of that offering me £70 good gesture after a complaint, is going to keep me quiet and l won't call you out on a crime like this you sadly mistaken. Halifax Bank l am calling you out on your wrong doings, based on my late father accounts regarding theft and fraud. Because if you can't answer a simple question which l raised to you especially through F.O.S based on my late father's account, which is such a obvious question regarding a Bank Statement then it shows your guilt of what l have mentioned in this comment. Halifax you a thief and a fraudster and if you do not correct your wrongdoings based on my father's account you will go down and be remembered in history as what l just called you. Because what was left in my father's account after the payout does not belong to Halifax Bank, because he does not owe you people any money and meanwhile Banks like Halifax are worth many millions in net worth a year, so there is no excuse to be stealing and committing fraud from the customers account in any type of way, whether the customer is alive or dead. In my opinion you are third in the list of banks who are a thief and fraudster.

Hi Viewers,

I really don't like making complaints about any establishment but in this occasion l cannot keep quiet. I came to F.O.S or O.B.S as l like to call them as it is a abbreviation of Ombudsman. Anyway l came to them with two issues with two high street Banks that my deceased father banked with and the money what was in my late father accounts was not the amount l have received. So you know when this happens there is a possibility that you know that the Banks are robbing you out of your dead relatives money. Anyway to cut long story short OBS which is not a surprise to many viewers, they were useless in both cases that l complaint about. The first case with the first Bank, there was a few questions l have raised that l wanted to get to the bottom off, but OBS wasn't capable of dealing with those questions, that is why they couldn't come up with professional answers which made sense to solve the problem that l had a issue with regarding this Bank, so they ruled it in favour of this first Bank. Now during this time when dealing with this case with the first Bank they dragged on the case for so long well over six months, till they overlap with the second issue with the second Bank which l had to deal with, within six months period, so when l put my second complaint in, it was a risk l was now taking based on the time period of each case, which the overlapping time period with two cases was not my fault to begin with. Anyway when l mentioned this during my second case, while it was progressing it dragged on for so long, no different then the first case with the first Bank and the case-handler who supposed to be dealing with the second issue with the second Bank did not keep me informed throughout this case based on the feedback of the Establishment l had issue with. So l didn't know what was the second Bank feedback based on this case from month to month and l wanted to know really if this Bank knew about the case l was going through with them through O.B.S, because at this point l was getting concerned as they were dragging this case on much too long and no feedback from O.B.S and the Bank l had a issue with. Because O.B.S should inform there customers of what is happening in each and every case they handling especially after four months since l submitted my case and they were not doing this. Anyway l decided to make a serious complaint based on the appalling service l was receiving from O.B.S and after that l cc copy the email to the second bank l had second issue with on the 7th October 2022. After l sent my complaint to O. B. S within a few hours later, l received a letter from the Director of O.B.S or F.O.S which l never expected and he just fobbed it off to protect O.B.S arse, by using excuses for the delay of my issue. Then just today out of the blue l decided to double check my emails based on O.B.S because it has gone past six months and have not heard any response from them, just so happens l saw a email from them that was posted on the 21st of November 2022 which l did not sincerely see this email on that date, so it obviously been misplaced within my emails from the time they sent out this last email. Anyway when l read the verdict of the case with this second issue with the second Bank they rule again in the favour of this Bank by giving me an excuse for this, by saying l have gone pass the time limit on the case regardless that l mentioned to them months ago during the case, that was not my fault and did said my reasons why. So now two cases of mine with OBS turn out to be a waste of my time because it has produced zero benefits, people F.O.S or OBS l always call them are not worth your time or energy, they are not fit for purpose as far as any customer who has issues with the Banks or any Financial Services or Establishment. Any firm or businesses who rules any cases in favour of any greedy establishment especially like the Banks, that has ripped people off with money, are definitely are in bed with these businessess, they are naturally sleeping partners. They definitely licking each other backsides and OBS is one of those companies. Look at the genuine negative reviews on here and on Google from past to present about OBS and they not even concerned about there reputation of there business, as long as they get there wages or pay check there reputation is second to money. So it just shows what OBS is really all about and where there true priorities are. O.B.S. Or F.O.S. You should be ashamed of yourself, your reputation of services says a lot about you through your customers negative reviews and it shows you won't leave any room for improvement. People if you are reading this comment for the first time and you are planning to use there service now or in the near future, that being said if you can help it, if can truly help it, please avoid OBS or F.O.S as you know them by there fruits (meaning character) by reading these negative reviews, if you do have any problems with any Banking services, please if possible go and take your cases through a proper reputable legal organisation that can handle your case professionally with an actual solicitor or lawyer who take real cases on with financial services that has robbed people out of there money through goods or services, even through deceased customers who are your next of kin or relatives who have left money in the bank that is rightly yours. Because in these situation, justice has to be served. Also people bear this in mind, never trust a bank completely with your money not even with your savings, because they will one day rob you when you least expect it, one way or the other especially through bail ins when your alive or if your deceased or through deceased relatives who are customers of the bank and l am talking from experience and l have evidence to prove it too. Please take your money out of the banks because you cannot trust the banks at all with your money and don't invest too much money in your bank account just small amount or enough for convenience to do online shopping. Keep most of your money or savings at home in a security safe hidden away from preying eyes or do your research on the pros and cons on investing in financial services that is not a bank who won't rip you off in your money especially your savings and won't rip your relatives off in situations to do with bereavement. Banks are a very greedy establishment and you cannot trust them at all with your money or your savings for that matter, because when you have a medium or a large amount of money in the bank they will always think they own your money instead of you the customer, if the economist over the years from the past to the present can warn people on social media how Banks are crooks and thieves in disguise because they steal money from customers, through the ways l have mentioned in my comment and l have experience these type of mis-treatment myself, you must know, what l am talking about. If any banks steal your money especially like your savings for example god help you, if your relying on it because your poor or living on a low income. Because what sort of legal support do you have to get your money back as soon as possible, as you can't rely on companies like F.O.S or O.B.S to support you in this situation regardless of any time period given by them to sort out Financial Cases. So please viewers please take heed to these negative feedback of O.B.S. And my comment on this website so you can avoid disappointments in the coming future like what we have experienced which we have mentioned in our feedback on OBS and the Financial Services we have issues with. As they always say prevention is better than cure. Anyway goodbye for now and happy new year for 2023.
