I purchased the Gundry MD Proplant Complete Shake (it comes in chocolate & vanilla) to replace 1 protein meal (e.g. Red meat) a day. For me it's a great way of getting a healthy protein meal without cooking and it's quick and convenient for on the go! My other reasons for choosing the product was to lose weight and get motivated to exercise again! I feel the product has helped me in both areas so I have ordered my next 3 jars today! I plan on ordering other Gundry MD products in the next few months.
