Didn't know you had a 72 hour missing item claim. My last order ******* was missing a Medium Heliconia shirt. I have been ill and haven't been able to go through the boxes until today- and I learned about the missing shirt- which I need for an order. So now I am having to 'eat' a 9.97 shipping fee, plus another cost of the shirt. Lesson learned. If I order from Jiffy Shirts anymore, I will make sure either myself or someone else checks the order immediately.
Because they are the ones who left an item out of one of my previous orders so I needed to get that item.
