I've read horrible reviews and only a few good ones. I indeed got the carseat I ordered, a day ahead of time at that with all pieces intact. Idk if I will order from them again because they don't give you a tracking number nor does the number they provide work and so many people have said they didn't get theirs that I am literally thanking God my product even showed up. But it did and I'm super satisfied!
