I purchased a Cannondale Tesoro neo 3 remixit, it arrived after a week, minimal assembly required, no owner manual or even a receipt, no charger, no Keyes for the battery compartment and LED headlight that doesn't work. I called customer service. I told they will try to locate all missing pieces in the store where the bike was shipped from, they will discuss with service manager in regards to light. It has been couple of days and didn't hear from them. My plan is to return the bike and get my money back. You would think someone make sure all component are in the box prior to shipping particularly when you pay 4K for a bike. Get your bike somewhere else.
