Sold me (14) 3" landscape grates. They do not fit as advertised or look like small online picture. They only fit 1/4-1/3rd of the way into the drains and sit 1.25" high. This will destroy lawn mowers and injure workers.
Then they had the nerve to expect me to pay a restocking fee and shipping both ways... leaving me with 47 cents from my purchase price of $51.64.
They are total crooks, and do not take responsibility for mis-advertising their products.
They should send me a return label and refund me fully or send me what was advertised... 3" grates... not 3 step grates that you need to cut up your drain system for to lower them 1.25" into the soil and then glue them in... because they fall out.
Tip for consumers:
do not buy anything from them that you may have to return or ask for customer service, as you will be sorely disappointed. I was and now they are on my blacklist.
