We have been using their server as 3Dcart before they changed name for Shift4Shop
As a long-time client's tech support as always been low quality from day one.
They spend a lot of time creating new reports and managing sales, and never take care of any small details, like adding a field to add harmonized codes when exporting, for example.
A few months ago they discontinued their internal email service. Unfortunately, we sent messages to them about the issue, but since they replied to the email that used to be on their servers, we could never communicate with them.
Finally, we got to speak to someone telling us the old server for email is no longer working, Result is WE the client need to find some other server and set up our own, they give you a long 5-page explanation on how to set up our own email server, Imagine that.!
Does anyone know of a company where you set up your store and then you need to be an IT guy specialized in email servers?
