I have been using this product since 2009. Lately I was having issues with my device as it would not seem to work anymore. I contacted them, and spoke to tech support.
It has obviously been out of warranty for a long time, so I wasn't expecting much.
Right away, they offered to remote on my computer to trouble shoot my logger.
To my surprise, it took them a few minutes and it was fixed.
While they were online, they took time to explain a few features I was not aware of, and they literally gave me a crash course on the best practice.

They made me realize this thing had been in all kinds of weather in my car for over 13 years.
Anyway, I was ready to buy a new one as this one did its job well above its initial value.

I will be honest, I asked them if I owe them anything for the support.
They replied, "Please tell people about us, and we will be happy."

We have been using their server as 3Dcart before they changed name for Shift4Shop
As a long-time client's tech support as always been low quality from day one.
They spend a lot of time creating new reports and managing sales, and never take care of any small details, like adding a field to add harmonized codes when exporting, for example.

A few months ago they discontinued their internal email service. Unfortunately, we sent messages to them about the issue, but since they replied to the email that used to be on their servers, we could never communicate with them.

Finally, we got to speak to someone telling us the old server for email is no longer working, Result is WE the client need to find some other server and set up our own, they give you a long 5-page explanation on how to set up our own email server, Imagine that.!

Does anyone know of a company where you set up your store and then you need to be an IT guy specialized in email servers?
