Expect a 3 month delay in delivery. August 14th received balance of items ordered on May 16th! Coincidence that it arrived 16 days after submitting online review as well as complaint filed with BBB? Originally ordered 5 tems, 3 were satisfactory, the other 2 were simply labelled "Made in China"... and the quality was ‘thumbs down'! Walmart quality. Not worth the gamble or the price and especially NOT worth the wait.
May 16,2020 order placed totalling $348.31. Received one item priced at $34.99. June 15,2020 contacted company regarding remainder of order. Response was - shipment delayed still further until July 27-31,2020. Requested cancellation of balance of shipment, a refund for $308.08 as well as a time frame for the refund process. Time frame unavailable because Refund Department undergoing System Maintenance, check back in 10 days. Contacted company on July 28,2020 to follow up on refund. Update unavailable because of ongoing System Maintenance.
