Due to Christmas and New Years holidays and fires delaying postal services, it took 9 days for my items to be delivered back to their address and because it didn't fall into the 14 day policy' they refused a refund. Suggested I pay for express shipping next time.
Also, for the price, their dress was very cheap polyester that did not look or feel nice which is why I had no choice but to return it.
