“Prom in 2 weeks”

My daughter ordered her prom dress from dressywomen and they failed to tell her that it could not be shipped to a PO Box so it was sent back then she had them re-ship the dress to a friends house well now they are telling her that the dress is ruined and that she will have to get a refund. What I don't understand is why would they not just send her another dress. We are so disappointed.
