Customer service is terrible and telling me to still go on my trip! If I don't go on it I will lose my booking LOL. The country im suppose to be visiting is PORTUGAL AND THE WHOLE COUNTRY INCLUDING the hotel is CLOSED! When I informed customer service they laughed and said they will see if I can get a refund and then said they spoke to the hotel and maybe they can give me a credit. They didn't speak to the hotel because no one is there and its mandated by law if the hotel is CLOSED and out of reach they MUST REFUND. They said they were going to call the hotel to see if its closed and STILL WONT DO ANYTHING. They are treating this like everyday without the current situation and laughed and said pandemic? Im not sure. WHAT THE ACTUAL HECK? HOW DO YOU HAVE UNEDUCATED PEOPLE WORKING WHO DONT EVEN KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH THE WORLD? THIS IS REALLY SAD! BEAWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DONT BOOK WITH THEM. Expedia and Booking.com have been phenomenal
