“Terrible customer service”

I orders 3 bottle of silver 750 Kinoko Silver AGCC, 250mg, 2 $39.99 each online,
I got an email saying:
Refund was given the product has been discontinued
No sorry no signature nothing. I go back on the site the product is available but at $69.99.
