I bought a camera backpack from this company. The company is Day to Day Deals. The cost of the backpack was $50.00. Prior to buying this item I checked the refund/return policy. The refund/return policy indicated returned items needed to be sent to Columbus Ohio. No other location/address was mentioned. Their return policy, on the face of it, seemed reasonable like don't damage the item and don't use the item.The item arrives. It's not what was portrayed in the video and advertisement. It was really small and would not meet my needs. I contacted the company via email and asked them how to return the item. I was told they did not refund money but I could return the item to the manufacturer in China. That might be an option in their opinion. Nothing had been mentioned about having to return the item to China in their policy. I copied and pasted the portion of their return policy that said they did accept returned items for a refund with an address in Columbus Ohio. They replied and said they'd honor their policy if I sent the item back. No location was indicated. I asked them if I should send it to Ohio. "No, China". The cost of sending this item back to China basically negates any return/refund option to the customer. The cost of shipping was nearly 4 times the original cost of the backpack. Okay, it's my fault for not using something like Amazon.com. Do not buy anything from this company. Their advertisement video was misleading in regards to the size. It took weeks to get the item. When the item did not meet my needs they pulled this stuff about returning the item for a refund. Never buy anything from this company because if something isn't right you're screwed.
