I have had a complaint on file with this company since July 28,2020. This company provides property management services through our HOA. I have pointed out an issue that needs addressed that our handbook and Bylaws clearly state that the property management is responsible to retore right away. I keep getting answers that things are happening behind the sceens and they are not allowed to discuss with me. Any communication regarding the issue has been intiated by me. I have had to seek assistance from the SC Department of consumer services to assist in this matter. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking to hire a property management company
