I ordered a set of ink tanks (12) for my printer. 2 days later they sent an email saying they were out of stock so my order would be cancelled. Any OTHER ITEMS on my order would still be shipped. I only ordered 1 item - a SET of ink tanks.

So I ordered a set from another company and didn't think anymore about it. Then about a week later a box was dropped on my porch with 10 of the 12 ink tanks. Shortly AFTER the delivery I got an email saying my order had been shipped and was on the way. This is the most disturbing part - who sends the shipping information with tracking AFTER delivery?

I called them the next day to find out how to return them. They said they would have to look into it and get back to me. 1 week later after numerous calls they said I could return them at MY EXPENSE ($70).

If you buy a set of anything from someone and they don't have some parts of the set, do you expect them to send the parts they do have and leave you to figure out how to fill out the set (dishes, a suit, paint set, etc...)?

I am not sure what is going on with this company, but it does not appear to be completely above board.

UPDATE 8/31/2020: As Patrick from LD Products said in his response, the company did indeed refund my shipping cost after I filed a complaint with the BBB and California Attorney General. So I am changing from 1 star to 2 stars. I don't understand why they could not do the right thing at the start, but ultimately I am back where I started. Except for a few more grey hairs.
