“Cannot access account online or on the App "oops! It's us, not you"”

My loan was sold to Freedom 3 months ago and I have never been able to access their online portal. I like to always make an extra principal payment each month. I do not want to call in every time as I'm very busy.

I'm seriously considering contacting my lawyer because customer service is ZERO help. In fact one person told me to try again later that they were able to access my account when they logged on as me. What does that even mean?
