Service Manager has a bad attitude. She got rude with me (the customer) so I hung up the phone. My wife called and she got rude with her too. So, my wife got rude back. I am now banned from getting service (bought a truck worth over $70K from them) and I have a warranty. I was actually there because there was a recall on a part in my truck and now they are not honoring that. I was told Mr. Anderson supported the black list. Mrs. Russell and Mr. Anderson have no integrity, or honor. NEVER AGAIN!
