I purchased an e-file from them that was to be the solutions manual for a certain college textbook. The digital files were delivered immediately upon purchase. Upon opening the files provided I noticed the documents did not contain the correct content as to what was requested and described. I reached out to them to verify that the files were sent in error and to provide the correct files or refund. They responded within a day or two saying they would look into this and that they would re-send the files. It's been a week and I still have not heard back from them. The short wording in their response suggests no sense of urgency by customer service. I don't expect to ever get a response back after reaching out to them two more times since they last responded.I would have given them zero stars but they did provide quick delivery of the files and were quick in their initial response from customer service.
