I ordered and received repair kit a week ago. After inspecting the repair parts i immediately opened a help ticket because they didn't appear to be oem as they bragged about using. Also the password to download all the instructions was bogus and google chrome and internet explorer failed to recognize the web page. I have yet to get a response from their tech support. I have stayed up late each might trying to get on live chat to no avail. I have called their telephone number 4 times and got no answer and no response from left messages to them. Am going to try an rma next but i am not very convinced i'll ever get my money back. What kind of business doesn't answer their phones?
