I ordered an upgrade head unit for my Ram 1500. The product showed it was in stock. Never shipped until I called, was on the backorder, due to waiting on parts. When installed, the backup camera will not work. Everything else does. Left messages and put in a trouble ticket, however, no one ever responded. I finally got a hold of someone, and the tech said he just emailed me. This is while were communicating?
The tech seems to think I left a cable unhooked, which was not the case. The tech had me troubleshoot different procedures, which I already have tried.
The CPU had to be the issue because I switched my old head unit, and the backup camera works fine.
Asked for another CPU, the tech says they don't have anymore. However, the website shows they are available. So, I need to send Infotainment a $2700 CPU to be repaired?
Very disappointed in the customer service and product that is being delivered.
I have used their products before, specifically a head unit switch out. And no issues.
