I checked out reviews for this business before I signed up and did not see any negative reviews, but I have been dissatisfied since I signed up. I paid Donna $1000 dollars and she set 1 connection/date. She doesn't return phone calls or call to check in with you. She told me she would check in her files to see if she had any new matches for me and would call me back. She did not and due to life happening, I didn't call her again for a year. Then she got an attitude when I asked her to call me every couple of weeks to check in about new matches. After paying $1000 that should be part of her business! Poor customer service, no follow-through, and no matches. What a total waste of my money!
