I ordered sheets in a Queen green colored. After 3 weeks, i received the wrong size and color and on top of that, the ones they sent had a stain. They say on their website that if they are at fault, they will pay the return shipping if you request a pre-paid label. I did that and never received the label and since the sheets had to be returned within 30 days, i had to pay $32 to ship them to CA from FL. I have currently been contacting the customer service for a refund and no one returns calls or emails. So now i have already returned the sheets, not been reimbursed for them and had to pay to return them myself so i am at a loss of over $145! Horrible company! I am not sure who customer service is serving since, clearly, its not the customers.
