I ordered one jumper and one hoodie from SuchCloth.
My items arrived more than a month later (which was sort of expected).
One jumper I received was the correct style, but in the wrong colour. The other item I received was a completely different (and quite honestly ugly) baby pink jumper with a tacky black ribbon over the shoulder, with strange oil spots on it.
I contacted SuchCloth right away for a refund. Three days later - no response.
I e-mailed again. Two days later - no response.
I contacted them through their 'contact' page. Two days later - no response.
If I can't get into contact with them within 15 days they will not accept my refund, and now it's been 7 days. I feel so lost and I don't know what to do or how else to contact them D:

EDIT: I ended up getting my money back through PayPal. Such cloth never responded to my mails and ended up moving.
