If I could give a -5, I would! I order a boat cover with expectations that it would fit. When it did not, I have been in contact with you all advising I would like to return and get my money back. I was told 3 times the shipping label is on the way but UPS says it is still being prepared after almost 30 days. I just want the address where you want me to pay to ship it back, I would like my full refund. I will never buy anything from you all again. I believe I Learned my lesson.

Josh S. – Cover Anything Rep

Mr. And Mrs. W: We send our return labels via email. This process works effortlessly for all of our customers wishing to return an item to us, as the label is sent via email as a PDF. We have requested you look in your email, spam folder, etc to find the label as we have sent it multiple times as well as verified your email address with you on the phone. We have also offered to mail you a physical label for you to use. UPS would have no insight as to any label provided to you for your return shipment. We are sorry you are having difficulties locating the return label email, but we have offered all solutions as well as provided address for return. Again, this is a process that works for thousands of return packages every year. Please contact us if you would like us to attempt again or any other issues. Sincerely, CoverAnything.
