I called in 2021 (back when you could only call to cancel) to cancel my account. I was shocked when I saw on my bank statement that I was charged and when I requested a refund, as my account hadn't been correctly cancelled nor did eMeals ever notify me of the upcoming charge or once the charge had been cancelled, but eMeals refused to refund me and refused to respond to any of my subsequent messages. I then had to dispute my charge with the bank, and eMeals straight up lied about my account, and forced me to have to file a BBB complaint. In responding to my complaint, they continuously lied about the status of my account. They even argued with me when I informed them they used the wrong name for me! As if I don't know my own name! I don't like to complain, but this is truly the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. It is unbelievable the lengths they will go to lie and argue their way towards ripping off their customers. If you are thinking of signing up, please don't. I sincerely regret the day I did.
