“Awful leads, awful service”

If I could give this a zero, I would.

We paid for leads but instead got a whole lot of workers applying for jobs with us. Wasted everyone's time, with zero value at the end of the day.

Their customer service team was extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. Thoroughly unprofessional and made no offer to assist. Didn't seem to have even a basic grasp of their product - only ever wanted to upsell.

Quite genuinely don't deserve to be in business and with the rise of Airtasker, Oneflare and HiPages, I have no doubt they won't be for very long.
