This piece of garbage shipper will loose or delay your packages for weeks! In the last month they have lost 2 of my packages and a third they have held up for 8 days now in Ohio. The package was shipped on Nov 2,2022 to Michigan. UPS will not even talk to you about your package. As far as I'm concerned UPS should be shut down! I will only use Fedex from here on out. UPS and ups mail Inovations both SUCK!

This store, their customer service and their shipping is the absolute worst you could ever encounter! There is nothing I can say positive about them! I have ordered three different times from them in the last month and I have NOT received one single package! Customer Service refuses to do anything to locate my items and since they are close to bankruptcy, they have switched to a shipper that you cannot even track or get ahold of. Stay away from this nasty store. Again, name of the store is JJILL
