I ordered a bag and felt weary about it. I tried to contact the customer service to cancel my order. I emailed about it more than 5 days before the package shipped and sent multiple emails. Once, I received an automatically generated email that they were out of the office, so the email was operational. They never got back to me and sent the package anyway. I emailed them 20+ times in a row and never heard back. As expected, the bag is fake.
