I have purchased videos from Collage Video for years. Now they have a new feature called Collage Video TV. They say you can try it free for a week and then you pay for a subscription. I decided to try it out but there were problems with the site with logging on. (On their website they state that this has been a problem). I contacted their support line that said they would answer in an hour. They answered five hours later. By that time I had canceled the free trial and decided to forget about it. What I didn`t know was that I had accidently entered my email a second time with one letter different (as I was trying to log in) and created a second account. I did not receive a notice of this account because it was not a real email. They ended up charging me for a year`s subscription because they said I did not cancel my free trial. I have not been able to get any help from the company to clear this up so it looks like I`m stuck with a year`s subscription to Collage Video TV. Not worth the hassle and they have poor customer service.
