Initially sales rep contacted me and sent me an email from blinds.com when I responded, apparently he didn't get my messages (several, including photos). I had to to involve chat agent to get my sales reps attention. He then contacted me from email homedepot.com and said he never got my earlier message (that were a reply to his first message). Much delay in the process. I made this same comment after my first order and no one followed up with me.

Weeks ago, soon after signing into B.C I got a call from an agent, Carter. He said he would help me, got me to buy the in-house measuring, told me to email him some photos and he would help me. Within an hour I emailed him and to this day I have not gotten a response. I have sent him several emails and nothing. I would have liked to have had some assistance with this order. Also, when the guy came to measure I told him that I would need the large window divided into three measurements to align with the windows. He only provided one total length and in the notes listed the size of the smaller side windows. I don't know how to account for that when ordering. I would have liked to have placed that order today during the sale, but was not able to because the sizes are not correct. So far, not happy with the service.
