Upon review of my latest American Express bill I see Gear Elevation charged me $19.99. When I called them they said I signed up for their "Rewards" program when I bought an item from them 2 months ago. After reviewing the previous months statement I see they charged me for this service as well. Their representative said she cancelled my current service but could not credit me the $39.98 they had charged me even though I told them I don't remember signing up for this service and doubt I ever did. If I did it was hidden in some aspect of the original order but since they can't show me where I signed up for it nor would I trust them at this point all I can do is call American Express and have them look into it. In the meantime check your Statements for future charges from this outfit. Never again.
