“THEY WONT GIVE ME A REFUND BACK! ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS!”

Easily one of the most underhanded companies I have came in contact with.
They keep giving me a run around in regard to my refund and keep making up dates in regard to a refund.

I don't get it! I just want my money back!
I spoke to one of the reps and wanted to know when I can get my money its been 2 months and he tells me, I have to wait a month until it comes back.

They've had my money back since july!

WTF!

They already got the refund from the airline and they didn't even inform me that they got it! product 0
