I purchased three "medium" saplings from this business that should have been approximately 18 to 24 inches tall. They sent me 3 to 5 inch tall sprouts. When I brought it to the attention of customer service, they told me that was what I ordered, which is absolutely not the case, and when I sent images of the order versus what was received, they refused to further engage.
