I made an on line purchase with this company. They informed me my order was accepted and charged my account for the amount posted. I Quoted my customer based on what worldeyecam was providing me only for worldeyecam to send me an email that they could not provide me this equipment due to they needed MORE money in order to ship me the product. They even went as far as to offer me a "So called" One time deal due to their mistake that was a JOKE! No deal at all. TOTAL WAIST of my time and money dealing with Worldeyecam! Will never Do business with this company again and advise anyone who reads this to do the same!

I am very sorry for any inconvenience the price increase has caused you. Our site was recently updated and unfortunately some items may have had errors occur. Your card was fully refunded. We offered the item to you at the lowest price we are allowed to give based on manufacture agreements. Again, I am sorry for your loss of time and any issues this may have caused you. As our site is customer driven, meaning you can place your order or cancel your order at any time. We in no way intended to hold your funds or force the transaction on you. We only meant to communicate that the items price was wrong and offer you the decision of cancelling the order or accepting a price increase. This is not indicative of any intent to do harm. Our company has been supplying schools, police departments and a large variety of homes and public places with security equipment for over a decade. We take the privilege of bringing security to the public very seriously. While I understand your frustration and respect your right to publicly announce it, we in no way intentionally bring harm to any of our customers.
